At The Team Realty we offer a competitive fee structure, thats fully transparent and flexible enough to suit everyone.
Our unique FLEXI-FEE structure puts you in control of what fee you pay us after the sale is complete, and remember, no sale, no fee!
HOW DOES THE FLEXI FEE WORK?
Your flexi-fee amount is calculated on the value of your property (see the graph below).
After your home sale goes unconditional, you will be able to choose which fee you'd like to pay, we ask you to take a few things into consideration when choosing the fee -
1. The service you received throughout the campaign
Were you happy with the service? Did you receive the desired amount of communication? Did we deliver on our service promise?
2. The final sale price
Did we work hard to negotiate the best sale price for you? Did we meet or exceed your expectations?
After the sale you can choose to pay either the lowest fee, the highest fee or anywhere in between, the decision is YOURS!
